4th Annual Sock Burning

The ritual of burning your winter socks began in Annapolis in the 70's and has been maintained as a tradition among sailors ever since. It heralds the beginning of spring and the new sailing season; a time in which deck shoes will be worn without socks, and toes will be free!
So join our sockless soiree and celebrate the beginning of the 2017 season!

*Most of all, be sure to wear a pair of socks to burn, and bring some new socks to donate to the homeless!*

"Gettin' Frisky on the Wisky" is our annual fundraiser on the Battleship Wisconsin. Featuring a live band, open bar, and neon dance floor, the party has been a smashing success every year! All proceeds from this event benefit the Sail Nauticus Academy.
Annual Oyster Roast

Our annual Fall Oyster Roast is a celebration of a fantastic sailing season! We look back on the achievements we've had, adventures embarked upon, and look forward to a few months of rest. This year's event will include:
- All you can eat oysters from the Eastern Shore, fried chicken, and other delicious food!
- 1 free drink ticket (drink tickets also available for purchase)
- S'mores roasting
- Pumpkin carving (some pumpkins provided or BYO)
- Silent disco
- Hot apple cider
